A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
•A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
•Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the total service booked.
•No-shows will be charged 100% of the original service cost.
•If you are more than 10 minutes late, this may result in a reduced service or a rescheduled appointment with a 100% charge of the original booking.
A patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if:
•You are a new client
•Your last visit was over 6 months ago
•You are pregnant
1) Purchase and Redemption:
- Gift cards are available for purchase both online and at our salon.
- They can be redeemed for any of our services or salon products.
2. Validity:
- Gift cards are valid for 8 months from the date of purchase.
- Please note that expired gift cards cannot be extended or reactivated.
3) Non-Refundable:
- Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
4) Lost or Stolen Cards:
- Treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
5) Transferability:
- Gift cards are transferable, and the recipient can gift or transfer them to another individual.
6) Combining Gift Cards:
- Multiple gift cards can be used for a single transaction.
7) Service Prices:
- Gift cards are valued at the amount paid and may not necessarily reflect current service prices.
8) Booking and Appointments:
- Appointments paid for with gift cards are subject to our standard booking and cancellation policies.
9) Balance Inquiry:
- To inquire about the remaining balance on a gift card, please contact our salon directly.
10) Refunds for Services Purchased with Gift Cards:
- Refunds for services purchased with a gift card will be issued as a credit back to the gift card.
